Meet Your Librarian: Emily Newberry

What I do

Hello! My area of expertise is in assisting faculty and graduate students with research endeavors. This includes the following areas:

  • Consulting on systematic and other types of review projects
  • Helping to construct complex and reproducible search strategies
  • Training for Graduate Research Assistants for research support
  • Exploring grant and funding databases to fund your research
  • Presenting library and information literacy related information to graduate level classes
  • Finding appropriate journals for your manuscript
  • Exploring research centers and services available across the University of Michigan system

Even if your research needs aren't mentioned in the list above, I'm terrific at connecting you to the appropriate person/place. Make an appointment with me and we can discuss your project to see how I can help!
