This guide is intended primarily as a service to people not affiliated with U-M Flint who are looking for online resources. It contains links to lists of resources that are open access, i.e., free to the general public. Some may require registration, or have features available only to paid subscribers. The lists are in no way comprehensive, but contain useful resources.
UM-Flint students are STRONGLY encouraged to use Primo VE searching and the subject guides. The resources on this page are NOT a substitute for the Thompson Library's print collections and licensed online resources.
Guests should consult their own libraries for the most comprehensive collections of online resources. Residents of the State of Michigan also can use the Michigan eLibrary (MeL).
U-M Flint students should use Primo VE, the subject guides, or the proxied versions of these databases.
