The links below will open the associated ebook, or come as close as possible. Typically, you will be required to login with your uniqname and password to use the books when you are not on the UM-Flint campus.

Many vendors do not allow users to download eBooks. A few large packages, Proquest's ebrary, EBSCO's eBook Collection, and myiLibrary do allow users to download content.

The first step for all collections is to download the free software Adobe Digital Editions.

• To download from ebrary you must create a personal ebrary account. Then select the book that you would like to download. Click "Download" and select "Download the entire document". Further instructions may be found here: ebrary Support Center download options. If you want to download to a tablet or mobile device you must also download ebrary's proprietary reader software. Here are the directions to download the Apple iOS ebrary reader: Apple iOS ebrary reader. Information on downloading the Android ebrary reader may be found here: Android ebrary reader. Checkout periods are for 14 days with ebrary and you may have up to 10 titles downloaded. After the checkout period lapses the content will still be on you device but it will be rendered unreadable. You are responsible for deleting the old files.
• To download from EBSCO eBook collection you must also create a personal EBSCO account. Simply click "Sign In" on the upper right hand corner then click on "Create a new account" on the next screen. Checkout periods are 7 days with eBook collection. Further information may be found here: eBooks on EBSCOhost.
• To download from MyiLibrary create an account or login if you already have one at My Account. Detailed directions are located here: MyiLibrary Quick Start Guide.
