With the campus transition to Canvas, the library is excited to collaborate with instructional faculty in new ways! This guide will help you integrate the library services and resources into your Canvas courses.

You can invite librarians to be part of your class! As a part of your class, we will be able to add course content, post announcements, and moderate discussions and answer student questions. This is a wonderful option for classes with major research components or for students needing more guidance through the research process.
These tools embed library webpages, a course reserve search, and/or our Ask a Librarian webpage into the Canvas navigation of your class, so that students do not have to leave Canvas to access them.
We have created lesson modules that instructors will be able to import from the Canvas Commons into their courses. Currently we offer the following modules, but are developing more.

We continue to create tutorial and instructional videos for a variety of library tools and databases. Video tutorials can be accessed through the library's YouTube channel or Kaltura's My Media and Shared Repository.
